Staircase Moon Walk

At the foot of Main's photographed glass-railed staircase, a child wearing a homemade astronaut helmet and rounded cardboard backpack takes one triumphant upward step. The nearest boot is large in the foreground; wide treads and sweeping glass rail lead to the child's smiling face and the bright upper level. This is pretend moon exploration inside the real library.
