North Sign Snow Friend

A plump snowman visitor with a broad scarf and carrot nose sits beside North's actual roofed library sign, holding an open picture book in mitten-like twig ends. Light snow caps the sign roof and the stone facade behind. The snowman's delighted sideways glance is the attraction. Use simple snow contours and a few flakes, no gray sky or crosshatching.
